Cancellation Policy

By using the Rent&Go platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. If canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount will apply.

3. In case of a no-show without notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

5. If the booking was made using promotional codes or discounts, Rent&Go reserves the right to deduct the full value of the promotion from the refundable amount.

6. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the Rent&Go website or mobile app.
