By using the Rent&Go platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid UAE driving license.

2. Vehicles are for personal use within the UAE only and may not be used for racing or commercial purposes.

3. All information provided by users must be accurate and up to date.

4. Rent&Go reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if violations or inaccurate information are detected.

5. The user is fully responsible for any damage or violations incurred during the rental period.

6. Rent&Go may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Sharjah having jurisdiction over disputes.
