Rental Contract

Car Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle through Rent & Go, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Period & Payment

  • The rental period starts and ends as confirmed in your booking.
  • Payment can be made online or at vehicle collection.
  • A refundable security deposit covers fines, damages, or unpaid dues.
  • Delays over 4 hours are charged as one extra rental day.

2. Mileage & Fuel

  • Each rental includes a daily mileage limit (as shown in your booking).
  • Extra kilometers are charged per kilometer.
  • Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

3. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles are delivered in good condition and must be returned the same way.
  • Any new damage or missing items will be charged to the renter.

4. Use of Vehicle

  • Only authorized drivers aged 21+ with valid UAE or international licenses may drive.
  • Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Leaving the UAE with the vehicle requires written approval.

5. Accidents & Insurance

  • In case of accident or theft, notify the police and Rent & Go immediately.
  • All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
  • Insurance does not cover:
    • - Drunk or drug-impaired driving
    • - Reckless or illegal use
    • - Unlicensed or unauthorized drivers

6. Traffic Fines

  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and violations.
  • Fines and administrative fees may be deducted from the deposit or payment method.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: refunded (minus processing fees).
  • Within 24 hours: non-refundable.
  • Security deposits are refunded within 14 working days after return.

8. Maintenance & Assistance

  • Routine maintenance is provided by Rent & Go.
  • In case of breakdown, towing and replacement service are available within the UAE (per company policy).

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Sharjah.

10. Acceptance

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
