Rental Contract

The Parties agrees that this Agreement terminates upon the End Date specified above. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any Exhibits, either Party may terminate this Agreement prior to the End Date with at least one (1) day notice. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the End Date, the Parties will work together to determine whether a refund of Rental Fees is necessary.

Mileage Limit

Renter will obey the following mileage limit for the Vehicle: 250 km Daily

Insurance

The vehicle is covered under a comprehensive insurance policy. In the event of an accident, the Customer is responsible for:
--Obtaining a police report.
--Paying the insurance excess amount of AED 2000.
--Any damages not covered by the insurance policy.

Maintenance and Repairs

The Company is responsible for routine maintenance of the vehicle. The Customer must notify the Company immediately of any mechanical issues. Unauthorized repairs by the Customer are prohibited.

Use of Vehicle

The Customer agrees to:
-- Use the vehicle solely for lawful purposes within the United Arab Emirates.
-- Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or any commercial purposes.
-- Not allow any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
-- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

Traffic Violations

The Customer is responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and other violations incurred during the rental period. The Company reserves the right to deduct such amounts from the security deposit.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank. The Customer is required to return the vehicle with a same tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge of AED.

Security Deposit

The customer shall pay the security deposit upon completing the car rental process. If all rental terms are followed and the car is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days to the same bank account used for payment.

Vehicle Return

The Customer agrees to return the vehicle on the agreed end date and time at the designated location. Late returns will incur additional charges of AED full rental day.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle without notice if the Customer breaches any terms of this agreement

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
